Norm Behnke, Past State President from Oshkosh Lodge #292, passed away Thursday morning. Visitation and funeral services for Norm will be Sunday afternoon from 3-8 PM at Kurki/Mach Funeral home. Also there will be visitation from 9-11 AM on Monday followed by the service at 11 AM at Pilgrim UCC Church in FDL.
