Kaukauna Elks #962 has been utilizing the new Fly the Flag program from the Fraternal Committee to honor local businesses who properly display the American Flag by flying the Flag during the day and at night with proper illumination. The certificate is available on the Grand Lodge site under the Fraternal Committee. They have given out three awards since the program began.
